By accessing or using 4Under Technologies LTD's pace-of-play tracking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users including website visitors, golf course administrators, course staff, and golfers whose information is entered into the system.

Description of service
Pace-of-play tracking, public displays, staff management, food & beverage ordering, lost & found, rental tracking, cart fleet management, member management, feedback collection, and analytics & reporting.
User categories and responsibilities
Course administrators, staff users, and golfers each have specific responsibilities around credentials, accurate information, permissions, and consent.
Public display of information
Group numbers, player names, positions, and pace status are displayed on TV screens visible to all course patrons. Courses are responsible for posting appropriate notices.
Account security and acceptable use
Keep credentials and PINs confidential. Don't use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or manipulate pace data.
Subscription and payment
Access requires a subscription, typically annual. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Data ownership and license
You retain ownership of all data you input. You grant us a license to use it solely to provide and improve the service. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for benchmarking.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is.' GPS, pace calculations, public displays, and AI insights all carry the usual caveats. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
